KILI FAQIRAN, Pakistan - The boy with the knife looks barely 12. In a high-pitched voice, he denounces the bound, blindfolded man before him as an American spy. Then he hacks off the captive’s head to cries of “God is great!” and hoists it in triumph by the hair.



A video circulating in Pakistan records the grisly death of Ghulam Nabi, a Pakistani militant accused of betraying a top Taliban official who was killed in a December airstrike in Afghanistan.

An Associated Press reporter confirmed Nabi’s identity by visiting his family in Kili Faqiran, their remote village in southwestern Pakistan.

The video, which was obtained by AP Television News in the border city of Peshawar on Tuesday, appears authentic and is unprecedented in jihadist propaganda because of the youth of the executioner.

MALATYA, Turkey: Three Protestants murdered at a Christian publishing house here were tortured for three hours before their assailants slit their throats, a press report said Friday, quoting one of the doctors involved in the grisly case.

Dr. Murat Ugras, a spokesman for the Turgut Ozal Medical center, told the daily Hurriyet of hospital surgeons’ fruitless efforts to save Ugur Yuksel, one of the three victims of the massacre at the Zirve (summit) publishing house, which distributed Christian literature.

“He had scores of knife cuts on his thighs, his testicles, his rectum and his back,” Ugras said. “His fingers were sliced to the bone. It is obvious that these wounds had been inflicted to torture him,” he said.

The two others who were killed, Necati Aydin, pastor of Malatya’s tiny Protestant community, and German Tilmann Geske, a Malatya resident with his wife and three children since 2003, were also tortured, press reports said.

The abuse lasted for three hours as the five men detained at the crime scene interrogated the three on their missionary activities, they said.

“We tied their hands and feet and later gagged them,” the mass daily Sabah quoted one of the suspects as telling police.

“Emre slit their throats,” said the youth, who was not identified, referring to Emre Gunaydin, the alleged leader of the gang, who is at the same hospital in serious condition after jumping out of the publishers’ third floor office in a bid to flee police.

With the advent of World War II many of our Hollywood Stars went to fight rather than stand and rant against this country we all love.

They gave up their wealth, position and fame to become service men &women,  many as simple “enlisted men”.

Recently, an estimated 100,000 anti-war protesters from around the country converged on the National Mall , galvanized by Hollywood’s opposition to President Bush’s plan to increase the number of troops in Iraq.

“Silence is no longer an option,” said Jane Fonda, once derided as Hanoi Jane for her opposition to the Vietnam War. She was flanked by Sean Penn, Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins.

Fonda drew cheers. She said she had stayed away from anti-war rallies in fear that the “lies spread about me” would harm the movement.

 

So how do you feel the real heroes of the silver screen acted when compared to the hollywonks today who spray out anti-American drivel as they bite the hand that feeds them? Can you imagine these stars of yesteryear saying they hate our flag, making anti-war speeches, marching in anti-American parades?

I thought not, neither did I!

Albert Arnold Gore, the populist pope of eco-theology, is back. Now showing at an artsy theater near you, Gore’s tiresome treatise on global warming has taken the urban illiterati by storm.



Not content with duping his box office gofers, however, Gore is using the proceeds from “An Inconvenient Truth” to launch his crusade.

He plans to recruit thousands of new disciples, adolescents of all ages, inculcate them with his eco-theocratic dogma, and disperse these newly indoctrinated Gorons far and wide to recruit still more cult converts from their communities and schools.

At least Gore had the good sense to release this film in the summer. His last attempt to launch a major global warming campaign was at an international confab in New York City on 15 January 2004—one of the coldest days in that city’s history.

“This moment cannot be allowed to pass,” proclaimed Gore this week.

Indeed it shouldn’t, at least not before this charlatan is exposed and his latest venture into the global warming debate is eviscerated.

To understand Al Gore, one has only to read this passage from his epic 1992 diatribe, ”Earth in the Balance.” Gore writes,

“A developing child in a dysfunctional family searches his parent’s face for signals that he is whole and all is right with the world; when he finds no such approval, he begins to feel that something is wrong inside.

And because he doubts his worth and authenticity, he begins controlling his inner experience—smothering spontaneity, masking emotion, diverting creativity into robotic routine, and distracting an awareness of all he is missing with an unconvincing replica of what he might have been.”

Dysfunctional family, indeed—Gore is the leading manifestation of Leftist pathology.







Gore has always promoted himself as a man of the people,” a thoughtful and inquisitive farm boy who grew up in Carthage, Tennessee, on his family’s 80-acre estate.

Yet the real Al Gore was a pampered, privileged rich boy, heir to his father’s financial and political estate. It’s likely, then, that the closest Prince Albert ever got to real livestock was the time he spent roping hamsters in his family’s penthouse suite atop Washington‘s tony Fairfax Hotel.

After college, Gore dabbled with seminary for a couple years, but dropped out to hop his father’s escalator to the Senate. Years later, when Bill Clinton picked the lesser Gore to run on the bottom of his ticket, the elder Gore said, “We raised him for it.” Bill and Al, and spouses Hill and Tipper, tolerated each other for two long terms.

Gore—earth tones, orange face and all—tried every trick in the book to prove his alpha maleness in the 2000 presidential election, but alas, to no avail.

Since then, he has dedicated himself to his true calling—picking up where he left off after leaving seminary, and building a cathedral of worship for his cadre of eco-nuts.

Nifong has decided to throw his own bowl of spaghetti against the courtroom wall, hoping that Judge W. Osmond Smith III will like what he sees.

According to the defense motion filed on January 11, Nifong has decided to completely obliterate the account that apparently he brought before the Durham County Grant Jury last April when he secured indictments against Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty, and David Evans.

Ayaan Hirsi Ali explains why moderate Muslims have little or no traction in the Islamic world—in, of all places, the New York Times, in an interview about her new book Infidel.

Question. Have you seen any ideology coming from within Islam that gives young Muslims a sense of purpose without the overlay of militancy?

Answer. They have no alternative message. There is no active missionary work among the youth telling them, do not become jihadis.

They do not use media means as much as the jihadis. They simply — they’re reactive and they don’t seem to be able to compete with the jihadis.

And every time there is a debate between a real jihadi and, say, what we have decided to call moderate Muslims, the jihadis win.

Because they come with the Koran and quotes from the Koran. The come with quotes from the Hadith and the Sunnah, and the traditions of the prophet.

And every assertion they make, whether it is that women should be veiled, or Jews should be killed, or Americans are our enemies, or any of that, they win.

Because what they have to say is so consistent with what is written in the Koran and the Hadith.

And what the moderates fail to do is to say, listen, that’s all in there, but that wasn’t meant for this context. And we have moved on. We can change the Koran, we can change the Hadith. That’s what’s missing.

With the decline of the authority of Judeo-Christian values in the West, many people stopped looking to external sources of moral standards in order to decide what is right and wrong.

Instead of being guided by God, the Bible and religion, great numbers — in Western Europe, the great majority — have looked elsewhere for moral and social guidelines.

For many millions in the twentieth century, those guidelines were provided by Marxism, Communism, Fascism or Nazism. For many millions today, those guidelines are .. feelings.

With the ascendancy of leftist values that has followed the decline of Judeo-Christian religion, personal feelings have supplanted universal standards.

In fact, feelings are the major unifying characteristic among contemporary liberal positions.

Aside from reliance on feelings, how else can one explain a person who believes, let alone proudly announces on a bumper sticker, that “War is not the answer?

I know of no comparable conservative bumper sticker that is so demonstrably false and morally ignorant.

Almost every great evil has been solved by war — from slavery in America to the Holocaust in Europe.

Auschwitz was liberated by soldiers making war, not by pacifists who would have allowed the Nazis to murder every Jew in Europe.

If you refuse to fight, Allah will afflict you with a painful doom.





Those who oppose Allah and His messenger will burn in the fire of hell.





Fight the disbelievers and hypocrites. Be harsh with them. They are all going to hell anyway.





Don’t pray for idolaters (not even for your family) after it is clear they are people of hell-fire.





Fight disbelievers who are near you, and let them see the harshness in you.

A group of Muslim taxi drivers at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport have demanded the right to refuse to pick up passengers carrying alcohol.

Instead of simply canceling the drivers’ licenses or asking them to forfeit booze-laden fares, airport authorities are considering a compromise: Drivers will be allowed to place an extra light on their roofs signaling their willingness to ferry the offending cargo.

From the airport point of view, this is completely satisfactory.

“Passengers are not stranded. Taxi drivers are content.” But from the larger point of view, this has incredible implications: The sharia is now in effect in Minneapolis airport with two different lights. …

Think of all the people the drivers might not want to take: Hindus, homosexuals, unmarried couples. …

I mean, where does it stop?

With or without the Koran at his side, Ellison is going to stand up and state the following:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

It’s a very simple oath, one that boils down to an absolute promise to respect, abide by and protect the Constitution, which is America’s seminal legal document. The real question, and one that many critics never reach, is whether a devout Muslim can actually take this oath.

Islam makes no distinction between religion and the State. Instead, it envisions the state as something akin to a giant congregation, entirely controlled by religious law, with no room for external law, legislation or morality.

The Caliphate (Arabic Khilafah) is an Islamic federal government which represents political leadership and unity of the Muslim world (Ummah) applying Islamic law (Shariah). The Caliph is the term for the head of state and it is the only form of government sanctioned in traditional Islamic theology.

A true Muslim cannot simultaneously believe in the Koran’s dictates and swear an oath to protect a Western legal document such as the Constitution.

The two documents (the Koran and the Constitution) envision entirely antithetical laws and the Koran mandates that its believers, as part of their faith, bend every effort to ensuring the Koran’s ascendancy over all other forms of government and faith.

That is, as a devout Muslim, one cannot swear to support any political system other than Shari’a, and one certainly can’t do so using the very same Koran that proscribes all other systems.

Fox News..."Ethiopian Forces Bomb Somalia’s Two Main Airports”

Hell Yes!

MOGADISHU, Somalia — Ethiopian fighter jets bombed two main airports in Somalia on Monday, in the first direct attack on the headquarters of an Islamic movement attempting to wrest power from the internationally recognized government.

The Russian-made jets swept low over the capital at midmorning, dropping two bombs on Mogadishu International Airport, which just recently reopened after the Islamic takeover of the city. Shortly afterward, Baledogle Airport, about 100 kilometers (60 miles) outside Mogadishu, was hit, an Islamic soldier said.

Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi went on television to announce that his country was at war with the Islamic movement that wants to rule neighboring Somalia by the Quran.

“Our defense force has been forced to enter a war to defend (against) the attacks from extremists and anti-Ethiopian forces and to protect the sovereignty of the land,” Meles said a few hours after his military attacked the Islamic militia with fighter jets and artillery.

People living along Somalia’s coast have reported seeing hundreds of foreign Muslims entering the country in answer to calls from the Islamic militia to fight a holy war against Ethiopia.

The Islamic group’s often severe interpretation of Islam raises memories of Afghanistan’s Taliban regime, which was ousted by a U.S.-led campaign for harboring Osama bin Laden. The U.S. says four Al Qaeda leaders blamed for the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania have become leaders in Somalia’s Islamic militia.

The Islamic movement drove secular Somali warlords supported by the U.S. out of the capital, Mogadishu, last summer and have seized most of the southern half of the country, which has not had an effective government since a longtime dictatorship was toppled in 1991.
