MEXICAN ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION REFORM ECONOMICS

MEXICAN ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION REFORM ECONOMICS

It is very economically advantageous to use cheap Mexican seasonal agricultural guest workers; it is very socially and economically disadvantageous to let them stay after the crop is harvested.

When seasonal guest workers do return to Mexico at end of the growing season, they return with money and experience, to contribute to the development of Mexico; and each year, when a new group of seasonal guest workers comes, they are eager to work for the same low non-citizen wages.

And, when they return to Mexico at end of the growing season, they do not drive down the wages of American workers, by competing for jobs in landscaping, construction, sanitation, and housekeeping; and they do not use American governmental social services.

Mexico is land rich in natural resources; what makes it so socially and economically poor are its Mexican People; and wherever they immigrate they bring their deplorable civilization with them. It is so inferior than none of them want to return to it.

The Mexican dream of regaining political control over Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California is America’s worst nightmare. Starting at all of the border towns, and spreading northward throughout America, like cancers, are thousands of deplorable Mexican neighborhoods.

With each deportation America looks, smells, and sounds less like socially and economically deplorable Mexico. America is presently occupied by 12-15 million Mexicans.

With the deportation of all the illegal immigrants, students will again be able to get good paying summer jobs, to learn responsibility and earn their way through college; blue-collar wages will rise; border towns will not be slums; Spanish will not be a second language; crime will go down; hospitals and prisons will not be overcrowded.

When seasonal guest workers come from all of the countries of Latin America, on a strict quota system, then every country benefits, not Mexico exclusively; and when they are well treated, the experience is mutually positive.

When all of the illegal aliens are deported, the Neo-Lib Democrats and Neo-Con Republicans will lose millions of political supporters, and the vast donations that they receive from the Mexican Lobby; and, those American businesses that exploit cheap Mexican labor will lose their illegal competitive advantages.

No rich superior civilization in the World can coexist side by side with a poor inferior civilization, without a great wall or fence, strict guest labor laws, armed border guards, and fines for hiring illegal aliens.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC STIMULUS PLAN ALTERNATIVES

SOCIO-ECONOMIC STIMULUS PLAN ALTERNATIVES

A REPUBLICAN SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROPOSAL

1. Open up 10-20 million new jobs by immediately expelling all of the illegal Mexican immigrants.

2. Lower taxes on individuals and corporations to stimulate hiring and investment.

3. Lower spending by eliminating several unnecessary governmental services.

4. Sue for full damages those crooked governmental and private individuals and institutions that are responsible for the notorious sub-prime mortgage lending and stock trading scam, involving over $135 billion.  Start by investigating the high governmental officials, starting with Treasury Secretary Paulson, who gave their approval to this elaborate scheme, and those private individuals and institutions that have made fortunes from it, starting with Goldman Sachs.  If the investigation turns up no wrongdoings, the investigators are obviously part of a cover up; and the investigation shall be repeated, until all of the losses have been recovered, and the crooks are all in jail.

This Republican plan has two advantages, it moderates the recession and inflationary spending; and it raises citizen wages by removing the ruinous competition from the cheap illegal Mexican workers.

A DEMOCRAT SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROPOSAL

1. Retain the 10 -20 million illegal Mexican immigrants, by not taking the legal steps necessary to deport them.

2. Give tax rebates and un-employment compensation to the millions of citizens losing their jobs and their homes.

3. Raise high taxes on wealthy individuals and corporations to pay for this massive unemployment compensation.

4. Pay off the debts created by illegal Iraq War and the subprime mortgage lending scam by ruinous inflationary spending.

This Democrat plan has three advantages: It buys the political support of the Mexican voters; it perpetuates illegal Mexican occupation and immigration; and, by conspiring with the liberal press, it fools the American People into believing that jobs for the entrenched illegal Mexicans, and rebates and unemployment assistance for citizens, is beneficial; when in reality, it treason of the highest order.

Asshat Father Of The Year So Far

N.C. cops accuse father of homemade circumcisions

A North Carolina man faces charges that he used a utility knife to circumcise two of his 11 children, police say.

Investigators tell the Charlotte Observer that Johnny Marlowe’s wife and another women gave birth to boys in 2005 and 2006. “He took it upon himself to circumcise both of those kids,” Caldwell County Sheriff’s Detective Shelly Hartley tells the Gaston Gazette. “I do have reports that one was injured and bled extensively. He would not allow the women to take the baby to the doctor. In the reports I have he used his utility knife to do it.”

Detailing The Defeat of Al Qaeda in Iraq

Ray Robison

Al Qaeda appears to be crumbling in Iraq, a spectacular victory in the War on Terror. A senior leader has bared his soul to Amit R. Paley of the Washington Post, painting a vivid picture of what the surge has done to al Qaeda in Iraq. Here are some notable points from Paley’s excellent article.

- In 2007 alone, over 2,400 AQI members killed, almost 9,000 captured.

- Post Reporter meets with AQ in Iraq a senior leader, or emir, Riyadh al-Ogaidi, who used to travel with 20 bodyguards. Now he goes alone to remain anonymous.

- Ogaidi also said AQI membership plummeted from about 12,000 in June 2007 to about 3,500 today.

- Foreign fighter infiltration greatly reduced. Riyadh al-Ogaidi, a senior leader, or emir, of al-Qaeda in Iraq, said the total number of foreign fighters in Iraq is “in the tens—not more than 200.” US military agrees with the drastic reduction claim.

- They are begging tribal leaders to allow them back in, promising to be good this time.

- He tips that AQI is fractured, saying of the AQI top dog ,"He is mild-mannered and weak”.

- He said of the Anbar awakening “"This also created panic, fear and the unwillingness to fight. The morale of the fighters went down.”

- He said because of the surge and Anbar Awakening, “We found ourselves in a circle not being able to move, organize or conduct our operations,”

[...]

Of course, this doesn’t mean all AQI fighters will follow him into retreat and all fighting will just stop. But as the article quotes from an Iraqi-Sunni

“Al-Qaeda is almost done and finished. It no longer scares anyone,” he said. “It is like an old man on the verge of his grave.”

Read the whole thing.  More good news goes pretty much unreported by our MSM.  If this had happened under a Dem President(not that it would), it would be headline news.

My choice for Friday Night VIdeo

Audioslave, “I am the Highway”

There are lots of ways of interpreting the lyrics to this song.  One of my favorites involves the proper role of government.  “I am not your rolling wheels, I am the highway”.

It’s the governments role to provide us with the road to prosperity, but it is ours to provide the means to get down that road ourselves.  The importance of this self determination is often missed by liberals, who think it unfair that somebody can go farther down this highway than others.

An Open Letter To John McCain

Dear Senator McCain,

It seems apparent that - barring something unexpected - you are now the candidate of the Republican Party and the standard bearer of many of its members. Congratulations.

I say many because, as you well know, many conservatives across our nation who often vote republican have deep reservations about you; some are actually suspicious of you and a few utterly reject you.

It is not my place to lecture you on how you lost the trust of so many of them. Few know the answer to that better than you do. But, as a recent ‘newbie’ on SAYANYTHINGBLOG, I have come to know the thoughts, principles and values of a great many of that blog’s conservative contributors.

And while I do not necessarily agree with many of the views posted on SAB, I almost never doubt the sincerity or principles of those who contribute. I hope you do not either.

As an ordinary citizen who loves Our Creator, liberty, the republic and the party - in that order - I want to offer the following suggestions to you in the hope that you can become the choice of all of us on the right. Please bear with me.

1. Except where you genuinely believe that we misunderstand your motives or intent, don’t waste time explaining or defending past actions in the Senate. We can clearly see them for ourselves.

2. Don’t simply adopt the mantle of conservative. Tell us exactly what it is you will do as president to demonstrate your commitment to conservative principles. We are wise enough to know the difference.

3. We understand that you must appeal to a base broader than that which conservatives occupy and that you must have independents, and, as you called them at Cpac, - “enlightened democrats” - in order to win this race. But we also know that you need us; not just our votes; you need us in the long run.

4. Again and again, make clear to us what the stakes are in this election. Tear the cover off the democrats and reveal the seething mess which they will create if one of them gains the White House. And then tell us in specific terms what you will do, to the best of your ability, to return our nation to its constitutional principles if you are elected.

5. Consider carefully your choice of running-mate. We will be watching. We are also politically saavy enough to know that your choice must appeal to enough voters across the nation to win; otherwise all is lost. But do not sell us out.

6. Stick to basics. Win the war on terror, expand the strict constructionist membership of the Supreme Court, extend the hand of friendship to other nations along with the steady gaze of determination, clean up the immigration mess and protect our language and culture, keep congress and taxes under control and restore pride in the foundations of our Republic, many of which our people and our children have forgotten or never knew.

7 The American people, and conservatives in particular, believe in themselves and do not want or approve of elaborate and intrusive government ‘programs’ to solve our problems. Americans, given the freedom to do so, are the greatest problems solvers in the history of the world. Your role as president should be that of restorer, less than innovator. We have become alarmed and suspicious of Washington innovation.

8.  You made an excellent first start at the Cpac convention. Most of us, whether we trust you or not, liked what you said. Now you must make good on that inspiring speech. Conservatives are tolerant, but we know slight-of-hand when we see it.

Senator McCain, the folks that I interact with on SAB are, for the most part, reasonable people. They are Americans who have not forgotten how it should be. We hope you have not either. I truly believe that most conservatives do not wish you ill. Many of us admire you in spite of deep philosophical differences. You must gain our confidence and when you become President - as I truly believe you will - do not betray us. Neither we or history will forgive or forget if you do. We will not be marginalized or ignored, and we can speak with a very loud voice when necessary, as we did with the Dubai ports deal.

Senator McCain, the burdens which you assume in this race and in eventual victory are awesome. Few of us would have the nerve or the guts to undertake it. If you prove yourself worthy, we will not abandon you. God speed.

We have brought to Iraq the worst of America

In a confidential memo, a long-time Republican operative who has served in the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad for the past year says the State Department's efforts in Iraq are so poorly managed they "would be considered willfully negligent if not criminal" if done in the private sector.

"We have brought to Iraq the worst of America -- our bureaucrats," writes Manuel Miranda in the memo, which was addressed to U.S. Ambassador Ryan Crocker and cc'd to "ALCON" or "all concerned" at the State Department.

"You are doing a job for which you are not prepared as a bureaucracy or as leaders," Miranda writes. "The American and Iraqi people deserve better."

three parks…one problem…managing elk

Excess elk from National Parks used to be shipped off to other states, and many were happy to have them available. Chronic wasting disease eliminated that possible action. And now…

Since the practice was stopped, the herd at the park in southwestern North Dakota has grown to as many as 900 animals, on land that can sustain only about 360.

At Rocky Mountain, where chronic wasting disease was discovered in the early 1980s, the elk herd is estimated to be at the high end of a target range of 1,600 to 2,100 animals.

At Wind Cave, where the disease also was detected, the animals number about 650, nearly double the ideal herd size. The park had been shipping out elk as recently as 1994.

All three parks are working on new elk management plans. Rocky Mountain’s plan includes the use of National Park Service employees and volunteers to cull the herd.

The conservation group WildEarth Guardians advocates the restoration of wolves to manage elk at Rocky Mountain. Executive Director John Horning said the group will sue in federal court by spring to block that park’s plan to shoot the animals.

The preferred approach in the Wind Cave plan, which will be presented to the public in draft form in the spring, is to allow animals to move outside the park and be hunted, said Dan Foster, the park’s chief of resource management.

Germans Not Amused

British tourists have left the residents of one charming Austrian village not amused by constantly stealing the signs for their oddly named village.

While British visitors are finding it hilarious, the residents of Fucking are failing to see the funny side.

Only one kind of criminal stalks the sleepy 32-house village near Salzburg on the German border - cheeky British tourists armed with a sense of humor and a screwdriver.

But the local authorities are hitting back with the signs now set in concrete, police chief Kommandant Schmidtberger is on the lookout.

“We will not stand for the Fucking signs being removed,” the officer said.

“It may be very amusing for you British, but Fucking is simply Fucking to us. What is this big Fucking joke? It is puerile.”

Local tourist guide Andreas Behmueller said it was only the British that had a fixation with Fucking.

“The Germans all want to see the Mozart house in Salzburg,” he explained. “Every American seems to care only about The Sound of Music (the 1955 film shot around Salzburg.) The occasional Japanese wants to see Hilter’s birthplace in Braunay.”

“But for the British, it’s all about Fucking.”

Guesthouse manager Augustina Lindelbauer described the village’s breathtaking lakes, forests and vistas. “Yet still there is this obsession with Fucking,” she said. “Just this morning I had to tell an English lady that there were no Fucking postcards.”

We don’t know how severe the stolen sign problem there really is, but Austria is indeed home to a town called ‘Fucking’ (48’ 03"N 13’ 51"E). Pronounced “fooking,” the little hamlet of Fucking is named after the man who founded the village in the 6th century. His name? Focko.

This sign carries the hilarity even further: “Bitte - nicht so schnell!” is German for “Please - not so fast!”

New Threat: Global Cooling?

Find it here

The Sun Also Sets

Climate Change: Not every scientist is part of Al Gore’s mythical “consensus.” Scientists worried about a new ice age seek funding to better observe something bigger than your SUV — the sun.

Back in 1991, before Al Gore first shouted that the Earth was in the balance, the Danish Meteorological Institute released a study using data that went back centuries that showed that global temperatures closely tracked solar cycles.

To many, those data were convincing. Now, Canadian scientists are seeking additional funding for more and better “eyes” with which to observe our sun, which has a bigger impact on Earth’s climate than all the tailpipes and smokestacks on our planet combined.

And they’re worried about global cooling, not warming.

Kenneth Tapping, a solar researcher and project director for Canada’s National Research Council, is among those looking at the sun for evidence of an increase in sunspot activity.

Solar activity fluctuates in an 11-year cycle. But so far in this cycle, the sun has been disturbingly quiet. The lack of increased activity could signal the beginning of what is known as a Maunder Minimum, an event which occurs every couple of centuries and can last as long as a century.

Such an event occurred in the 17th century. The observation of sunspots showed extraordinarily low levels of magnetism on the sun, with little or no 11-year cycle.

This solar hibernation corresponded with a period of bitter cold that began around 1650 and lasted, with intermittent spikes of warming, until 1715. Frigid winters and cold summers during that period led to massive crop failures, famine and death in Northern Europe.

Tapping reports no change in the sun’s magnetic field so far this cycle and warns that if the sun remains quiet for another year or two, it may indicate a repeat of that period of drastic cooling of the Earth, bringing massive snowfall and severe weather to the Northern Hemisphere.

[...]

The study concludes that if you shut down all the world’s power plants and factories, “there would not be much effect on temperatures.”

But if the sun shuts down, we’ve got a problem. It is the sun, not the Earth, that’s hanging in the balance.

An inconvenient truth.

The Real Agenda Of The Fascist Environmentalists

Find it here

Now we come to the real agenda of the environmentalists (via Jonah Goldberg):
Liberal democracy is sweet and addictive and indeed in the most extreme case, the USA, unbridled individual liberty overwhelms many of the collective needs of the citizens. The subject is almost sacrosanct and those who indulge in criticism are labeled as Marxists, socialists, fundamentalists and worse. These labels are used because alternatives to democracy cannot be perceived! Support for Western democracy is messianic as proselytised by a President leading a flawed democracy

[...]

If you wade through the artlicle you will see the high praise--even awe--given to the Chinese (the world’s worst polluters) because of their inherent ability to ‘order’ and control their population and force them to behave properly:
Let us return to the plastic bags. The ban in China will save importation and use of five million tons of oil used in plastic bag manufacture, only a drop in the ocean of the world oil well. But the importance in the decision lies in the fact that China can do it by edict and close the factories. They don’t have to worry about loss of political donations or temporarily unemployed workers. They have made a judgment that their action favours the needs of Chinese society as a whole.

[...]

In “The Four Pillars of the Socialist Revival”, I wrote:
Multiculturalism and political correctness are two of the fundamental pseudo-intellectual, quasi-religious tenets-- along with a third: radical environmentalism--that have been widely disseminated by intellectuals unable to abandon socialism even after its crushing failures in the 20th century. These tenets have been slowly, but relentlessly absorbed at all levels of Western culture in the last decade or so--but primarily since the end of the Cold War.

All three have been incorporated into most K-12 curricula and all other learning environments. They have been at the forefront of attempts by leading academics and academic institutions to rewrite most of history and undo thousands of years of Western cultural advancement. And further, as the culture has been completely saturated with this toxic brew, any attempt to question the tenets’ validity or to contest their value is met with hysterical accusations of racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, imperialism, bigotry, or--worse of all --intolerance or insensitivity.

[...]

In reality, they always intended for a few intellectual ‘elites’(they mean themselves, actually) to have the power to run things. but at least they hid that agenda behind the ‘power to the people’ bullshit rhetoric.

Hold Blacks More Accountable For Their Actions

HOOPS legend Charles Barkley says he definitely plans to run for governor of Alabama, but wants no campaign help from rabble-rousers like Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson. “I don’t believe in them. They always play the race card, and you can’t always play the race card,” the former Houston Rockets power forward tells next month’s Playboy. “Sometimes the race card is needed but not in every situation. We have to hold blacks more accountable for their actions.

Hallelujah...Hallelujah… Alabama!
