Don’t all these agencies already have offices in Washington, DC? Couldn’t they meet there? The conference is in June, a time when the capital begins to empty.

This is a taste of what government-run health care will be like.

Indeed it is.  The more power we give the government the more corrupt it gets.  That’s the way it’s always worked through all the millenia of history.
