Day two of the Wal-Mart conference is dawning and I'm sitting outside of the conference room as they set up.

I've decided to live blog today's events as opposed to waiting until the end like yesterday. I was rushed to cram everything into the post yesterday and missed a couple of things that I thought were worth mentioning.

In the vein of my observations of the sneering attitude held by some in the media here, yesterday a reporter from The Guardian (I didn't get his name) asked why there wasn't more diversity in Wal-Mart's management team. Which was amazing considering that the eight person team had three women and is led by a Hispanic man who speaks with an accent.

One wonders how much more diversity Wal-Mart needs to meet that guy's standards.
