Concise and well reasoned, he sums it up thusly:

It would be very good for America to have a Black president. But it has to be the right guy. Being Black is a huge plus for Barack, because it would be a great step forward for America to have a Black president - but you can’t elect a President based on that alone

Well, yeah! That would be...racist!
