Over the last couple of years Democrats have liked to complain about Republican spending and budget deficits.  The truth is that while Republicans haven’t exactly been showing a lot of fiscal restraint, Democrats are still the national champs when it comes to trying to spend our tax dollars.  But not only are they proposing oodles more spending than Republicans, but they’re actually out doing themselves by proposing more spending every year than they did the year before.

That is not a pretty picture, my friends.  And what’s worse is that while the Democrats do seem to consider federal deficits to be a serious issue facing this country, they continue to propose more and more spending while offering only tax hikes as a solution for the deficits.

So if you hear a Democrat candidate out there talking about shrinking the deficits be very wary.  Especially if they’re an incumbent, because it’s clear that Democrats have no intention of cutting back on spending.
