I certainly don’t wish to set aside America’s national interests for the sake of some false sense of morality which rests upon the baseless equivocation the U.N. makes between nations and their leaders. If the U.S. could have taken out Saddam Hussein with a single bullet, breaking international law in the process, I would lose no sleep.
Don't get me wrong, Pat Robertson is a lunatic, but Rusty's reasoning is hard to argue with.

Feisty makes a good case for the pointlessness of just assassinating Chavez.
I pretty much agree with that assessment. There's nothing wrong with taking out the bad guys, but if we're going to resort to that measure it should be effective. Assassinating Chavez probably wouldn't be.
