Today I've received over 20 comments, each from a different IP address, with links to non-sensical url's. The URL's are a string of apparently random letters that, when clicked on, lead nowhere. The names given are always a first name, both male and female, followed by numbers.

The name, email and URL fields of the comment form are filled out while the body of the comment only contains the nonsense URL along with some other random characters.

Anybody have any idea what this is? Given the persistence of the comments throughout the day I'm a little worried that it some sort of attack. I also can't ban whoever is doing it with MT or Blacklist due to the random nature of the IP's and URL's.

Is anybody else experiencing this? Anybody know what's behind it? It doesn't seem like normal comment spam as the URL's don't lead anywhere.
