You know its a slow news day when three A-list bloggers (James Joyner, Eugene Volokh and Frank J.) all chime in on this post about...Quidditch.

Quidditch, in case you're wondering, is the fictional game played by the fictional characters in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter books.

Not that I have a problem with it. I, too, wondered about the actual entertainment value of a sport where one aspect of play so heavily outweighed the other aspects. Its just that I'd never considered doing a blog post about it.

Anyway, its nice to know that I'm not the only person who thinks about stupid stuff like this.
