Far from being resolved by the appellate court decision I posted about yesterday, it would appear as though Texas’ sex toy legal fight may be headed for the SCOTUS.

That we’re apparently going to need our highest court - populated by some of the most prestigious legal minds in our country - rule on whether or not it’s ok for citizens to sell/own fake rubber genitalia is an embarrassment.

We need less concern for our neighbors in this country and more “live and let live.”
