Nice...

USA Today
Three years ago, in the most undiplomatic of terms,
President Bush challenged the United Nations to be relevant by standing up to Saddam Hussein and enforcing its many resolutions against him. A discomfited U.N. Security Council took the challenge. It sent in weapons inspectors. But the United States, impatient to get on with the war, invaded before they finished, cementing Bush's image in much of the world as a go-it-alone cowboy. That no weapons of mass destruction were found further damaged U.S. credibility.

Is that the way it happened??? Strange, I thought we waited 12 years and through 17 UN resolutions... I must have it wrong.
