Today is the anniversary of Ayn Rand's death. Personally, I think Ayn Rand took the "virtue of selfishness" thing a bit too far, but she got a lot of things right. We could use more thinkers like her today.

If you haven't already, you should pick up one of her works and read it. I'd suggest Atlas Shrugged followed by The Fountainhead. Her ideas could change the way you look at the world.
