Rep. J.D. Hayworth has written a letter to Speaker of the House Denny Hastert calling on the former to pull the New York Times' congressional press credentials given the paper's insistence on disclosing confidential details about multiple government anti-terror programs.

Personally, I think this is exactly the right move for the situation and I'm a little disappointed by Tony Snow's announcement earlier today that the White House won't be doing this.

I still feel that prosecuting the Times would be the wrong move, but that doesn't mean the Times should continue to get acess to our leaders so that they can undermine efforts to keep this country safe.
