That's worth an investigation that took years and costs thousands and thousands of dollars? Apparently they can't even prove this charge as the prosecuter will not be pursuing this as long as Rush stays in the treatment he voluntarily entered. Update by Rob: The media's coverage of this has been particularly telling. Yesterday the Associated Press ran a headline reading something like "Limgaugh Arrested For Purchasing Prescription Drugs." Not only is that a blatant mischaracterization of what happened (Rush appeared at a prison as part of his compliance with a deal struck with prosecutors), but it also presents the false impression that there was a new charge in this case. There isn't, but nothing stops the liberal media from getting in a shot at someone they hate.
