No, Nancy-pants, you need to get a clue. 

Your “give up in Iraq” legislation has failed.  It has been rejected by the President with the power granted him by the voters, and you don’t have enough votes from the people’s representatives in the House or the Senate to override that.

So give up this silly, cynical crusade to force a loss in Iraq and give the troops what they need (they’re suffering without it now) to successfully execute their mission under General Petraeus.  A general who was, I would remind you, unanimously appointed by your Democrat colleagues in the Senate.
