I think this says it pretty clearly. Arafat has been sponsoring terrorists cowards for years. Arafat was offered everything the PA wanted, but they refused it. They want only one thing... to cause as much death and destruction as they can. Charles Manson wants similar things, we know he can't be changed... why does anyone thing Arafat can be?
