This daring act of bravery in the face of an onslaught of negative vibes from bigoted conservatives naturally warrants a New York Times feature story.

On my Facebook profile I’m going to change my name to “Jeremiah ‘God Damn America’ Wright” to protest Obama’s having sat in the congregation of a radical, nutty, racist, hate-spewing preacher for twenty years.  Let’s see if the Times runs a story on that.
