Don Surber points out that when William Jefferson (Democrat, Louisiana) was caught by the FBI with tens of thousands of dollars in cash hidden in his freezer the Associated Press, for some weird reason, didn’t report his party affiliation until the fifth paragraph of the article.  But when the AP reported on Republican John Doolittle getting his house raided by the FBI his party affiliation was reported in the first paragraph.

Mere coincidence?  Yeah, right.  If you believe that, then I’m sure you’ll believe that the AP will any day now be doing an in-depth summary about the circumstances surrounding Diane Feinstein’s resignation from a military appropriations committee because of nepotism involving her husband.
