Tonight, fresh off his tour around the state announcing his campaign, we’ll have Public Service Commission candidate Biran Kalk on Dakota Talk.  Brian will be talking to us about his qualifications for office and why he’s running.

We’ll also spend some time discussing the national primary campaigns, Bob Stenehjem’s apparent decision not to run for PSC and other topics as we stumble across them.
