He served as foreman of a jury in Boston.
The Suffolk Superior Court jury heard a case involving two men who sued over injuries suffered in a car crash involving a city employee.
Jurors deliberated for about 90 minutes before finding the city negligent, but rejecting damages for the plaintiffs.
They found the city negligent, but awarded no damages. Would it be safe to say that Sen. Kerry was for the plaintiffs...before he was against them?
Well, at least he didn't get beat out in the election for foreman. Now that would have been humiliating.
