This is what happens when government has more money than it knows what to do with.  You get an agency like the Commerce Department to hold seminars aimed at convincing people who already live here that North Dakota is a good place.

Maybe another way for the Hoeven administration to convince North Dakotans that this is a good place to live would be to stop spending tax dollars on dreck like this and pass some meaningful tax cuts.  Something more meaningful than a tiny $115 million tax cut that is about 1/10th of the next sessions surplus and that not all workers will enjoy.

North Daktoans need tax cuts, not slide shows.
