Think Progress, citing the Robert Greenwald video below, thinks the network is being hypocritical.

The problem?  The Emmys were broadcast over FCC-licensed affiliate stations.  Fox News is on cable.  So if Think Progress and Robert Greenwald have a beef it’s with the FCC, not Fox.  Not that any of the lefties pushing this are honest enough to draw that distinction.

Though as one who has long questioned the FCC’s ability to act as morality police for broadcast television and radio, if they want to go after the bureaucrats I’m all for it.
