An interesting bit of video from the Age of Hooper:

Fast forward to about 1:30 to see Kucinich say that his plan is to “tell the truth” about 9/11.  I wonder what 9/11 truth that would be?  Because the only truth of 9/11 that I know of is the fact that a bunch of Islamic zealots crashed some planes into some buildings.  Sure Rep. Kucinich, chairman of a House sub-committee on domestic policy, isn’t suggesting that 9/11 was some sort of government or Bush administration conspiracy is he?

Because that’s certainly what it sounds like.

I wonder when Rep. Kucinich’s fellow Democrats will be holding him responsible for making such a foul insinuation in his speech to the anti-war loons this weekend?  Maybe someone should ask him to explain what he meant, and if he does mean that 9/11 was an inside job ask him what evidence he has to support that theory.

I’m serious.  Kucinich is a sitting member of the House of Representatives, and his fellow Democrats have him running an important subcommittee on domestic policy.  He has made a serious accusation concerning the 9/11 attacks, and I think that deserves some attention.  But I’m not expecting the Democrats to give it much.  Just like they ignored the 9/11 “truther” who ran on their party’s ticket for the House down in Florida this last electin.
