Tonight’s guest on Dakota Talk will be Phil Kerpen, policy director for Americans for Prosperity and contributing editor for National Review. Here’s his biography from his website:

Phil Kerpen is director of policy for Americans for Prosperity, as well as a contributing editor for National Review Online and a senior fellow for the Internet Freedom Coalition.

Mr. Kerpen’s columns run in newspapers across the country, and he is a frequent radio and television commentator on economic growth issues. He is also the publisher of Cross-X.com, the leading web site for high school policy debaters.

Prior to joining AFP, Mr. Kerpen served as the policy director and acting executive director for the Free Enterprise Fund, an organization he founded with Stephen Moore in January of 2005. Mr. Kerpen has also previously worked as an analyst and researcher for the Club for Growth, the Woodhill Foundation, and the Cato Institute.

A native of Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Kerpen currently resides at the Chastleton in Washington, D.C.
