There’s a large rally planned for Fargo-Moorhead on Monday, April 17 - a Tax Day Demonstration in support of a living wage. It’s only an hour, from 5 to 6 p.m. in front of the Post Office in downtown Fargo. There’s another demonstration in front of the Moorhead Post Office as well.
Tomorrow's the big day when the Hippies march. I see that it's not until 5 pm so none of the hippies have to worry about oversleeping. (Although maybe they need to set their alarm when the lay down for their nap.)
You'll also notice that it's being held in front of the post office. I guess that's makes sense as the Hippies probably think the Post Office is actually responsible for their Welfare checks rather than merely deliverying them.
I do hope that there's a few counter-protesters there. I had a few thought for signs they could hold up.
No Baths, No Raise!
Hippies Smell!
Get a Job!
Does your mother know what you spend your allowance on?
Whining Ain't Earning!
Just a few thoughts. I'll be watching the news.
Thanks to Rob!
