Earlier this week Democrats announced that Senate freshman James Webb (who beat out George Allen for his seat in Virginia this last election) would be voicing their rebuttal to the President’s state of the union address.

Well the folks over at Bearing Drift were able to get their hands on an audio copy of Sen. Webb rehearsing his speech.
