But here’s the thing: Sharpton’s campaign was audited.  The illegal contributions have been disclosed.  He is now facing the public scrutiny, and punitive judgments, that go along with it.

Barack Obama, on the other hand, won’t despite mountains of evidence indicating fraudulent contributions (including some from Obama’s illegal immigrant aunt).  Because there won’t be an audit of Obama’s shady fund raising because Democrats control the FEC, and they aren’t about to expose The One to any sort of scrutiny, transparency or accountability.

That would just be too inconvenient.

Discussion question: Why do we spend billions of taxpayer dollars on the FEC if people like Barack Obama can run roughshod over electioneering laws without so much as a slap on the wrist?
