A man comes home early from a card game and finds his wife gettin’ busy with some other dude in a pickup truck in his driveway. His wife spots her husband and starts crying “rape” to cover up the fact that she’s having an affair, I suppose. It was an ill-advised move, however, as her husband took her cries seriously and responded as any loving husband would. By exercising his second amendment rights with deadly force.
The final outcome? A grand jury has indicted the wife for manslaughter for negligently making her husband believe that the man she was having intercourse with was raping her. A grand jury has refused to indict the husband for murder since he was lead to believe that he was acting to protect his wife.
Which all sounds like justice to me.
