Plame’s perjury also satisfies Blackstone’s dictum that actual crime must involve intent.  The same cannot be said for Libby (or for Martha Stewart for that matter).

One correction; Libby was convicted of “Lying to investigators,” which is a lessor crime than perjury.

Val’s pretty hot isn’t she?  I could care less about her “political agenda” but please, don’t let her “cover her ass”!
