So much for defending the right to say it.

Pack a toothbrush , and a roll of quarters for phone calls and commissary.
It’s Friday , so you will likely not be arraigned till Monday.

Look at the video again.  It was a “he”, not a “she” who was arrested.

And yes, the comment was stupid enough that I’d have to consider firing him as a teacher, and the superintendent’s comments about him indicate that she may not have figured out that he had only a very tenuous grasp of logic.

I agree Bike Bubba, a comment like that is uncalled for coming from a teacher (or anyone for that matter)

This arrest should be defended on free speech rights.  I do not support what he said, but have and will defend his right to say it.

Ah! The old “disorderly conduct” scam by the police.
I don’t agree with the guy, but we should all be concerned with this action to censor the internet.
The next thing you know, the Dems will be trying to shut down SA with a type of “fairness doctrine”.

So, basically this is just a way for that municipality generate some revenue. Good job.

Outlaw stupid comments, and only outlaws will make stupid comments.  Oh, and cops, of course.

I can be arrested on charges of disorderly conduct for something I wrote?  Jesus H. Christ on a pogo stick--who is running the asylum?
