It is obvious that ellinas has not been paying attention. Jefferson’s lawyers are fighting the legal search warrant used to obtain evidence from his congressional offices. They have managed to get those documents sealed from the FBI! They can’t move forward until that “legal action” is finished.
Bottom line, there is a much stronger case against William “Cold Cash” Jefferson than there was against the Republican congressmen who communicated his “desires” with adults of legal age.
