Well Hotel9, what makes you think the intent of that policy is to increase female participation in the work place? Maybe they’re actually trying to promote family values, as we so often preach about and encourage more of in this county?
Did you ever think that policy has done a great job in achieving its intended goal, rather then it being a failure in getting more females in the work place?
I don’t hear of too many women complaining in Europe about the problem.
