Boy you guys really have to stretch things.
I don’t think anyone is/would give Libby a pass for intentionally lying under oath here. Time will tell if he did that.
On the other hand if a person misremembered something that’s human, not criminal.
My point about Algore is proof that the Chief of Staff of the Vice President is not that important of a political figure.

Al Gore isn’t the Vice President anymore.
I like Rob’s attempts to minimize and deride the indictment of the Vice President’s #1 guy on perjury, obstruction of justice, etc. Because, you know, those aren’t really crimes unless you lied about sex.
