Lieberman is not a moderate. Moderates are not defined by one issue… Iraq. Make no mistake about it, he’s every bit as liberal as John Kerry and Ted Kennedy.
Also, if Lieberman is a “moderate” by default, because he’s rejected by both the left wing and the right wing, then this just shows that what is considered a “moderate” is always changing. Which means that who is defined as a moderate will always be changing (probably always drifting to the right) and should be rejected by all people with principles.

Rep. Bud Cramer, AL 5th District is a conservative Dem, which I suppose makes him a moderate. There aren’t many, but there are a few.
I have a couple comments about this:
