Bill Clinton, a draft dodger

That seems to ring a bell, hmmm let me think. Oh yea your Emperor Cheney, that’s right. I think he was building a Death Star or something like that.

Soon, I’d imagine, which would leave us with this summary of Democrat positions on military service:

1996: Military service doesn’t matter.

2004: Military service matters.

2008: Military service doesn’t matter.

Then wouldn’t this be a summary of Republican positions on military service:

1996: Military service matters.

2004: Military service doesn’t matter.

2008: Military service matters.

But now that Barack Obama is the Democrat candidate - a man who hasn’t completed a single term in the Senate let alone a tour of duty in the military - when will the Democrats get around to telling us that military service suddenly doesn’t matter again?

First off Obama probably couldn’t pass the back ground test to get into the military based on the fact that he is a friend of a domestic terrorist. Second the guy has no clue when it comes to the military, other than retrograds adn surrender.

Gents,

You are correct to point out that Leftists’ ethics are completely malleable and can weathervane on a dime.  They are argued vociferously, regardless of their merits and no matter how diametrically opposed they may be to previous positions.

Ex. Screaming for Bob Packwood or Justice Thomas’s blood for supposed sexual harassment vis-a-vis substantial allegations of Clinton’s rape of Juanita Broadderick, assaults on Katherine Willey, Paula Jones and Oral Office Affair with daughter-aged employee Monica Lewinsky… it’s Move On dot Org.

Situational ethics—not fixed principles, big time.
