Of course this is a valid idea. Oil companies make major profits and still jack up prices in the case of natural disasters that do not even affect oil production. AKA the recent hurricanes that caused “mass oil panics” and yet, never even reached the refineries. So yeah, it’s BULLSHIT for these companies to jack up prices that are already beyond what anyone should have to pay!
Stupid Conservatives just follow the same old status quo, despite the intense proof directly in their face that sometimes the free market isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

Before you continue on about “stupid conservatives”, you may want to acquaint yourself with the idea that the oil companies didn’t jack up anything. Gas is bought on the oil futures market.
So yeah, it’s BULLSHIT for these companies to jack up prices that are already beyond what anyone should have to pay!
