Or reprint Amanda Carpenter’s column. Spend the $20 or whatever it is and get the publishing rights.
Those are easy and cheap ways to cover a story without looking like your reporters are picking a fight with the Wise and Mighty Conrad.

I mean why should they be concerned about some hick Senator from North Dakota.
Oh yeah, they’re from North Dakota too.
But I can understand why the Herald didn’t run anything on it. They had a big spread on Frisbee Golf on the front page above the fold today.
That’s far more important than covering a scandal involving our Senator.
