While I’an not a lawyer (Shyster?) I have a feeling in the end the court will fall back on previous decisions from WW2 when similar cases were heard.

I hope so.  I’m all for treating prisoners fairly, but we shouldn’t be extending the rights of citizenship to them.

Why do people in this country have such a hard time recognizing who the enemy is?
