Also, I have a post ready… just point me to where I need to send it!

Um… I saw the “write” thingy in the dashboard. I also noticed there was a password for it. Is this what you are talking about, or did I miss a previous post?

Here is the original post, Carrick, explaining the process. You just have to sign yourself up by clickin on Site Admin in the top right corner of the blog to create a guest account.

Don’t worry! It’s a fantastic, and fantastically generous, idea. I’ll probably have something to say when my schedule is a little less hectic.

Thanks for the compliment on my posts, Carrick. I try really hard, but sometimes I get the idea that my commenters are smarter than I am…
Anyway, you’re right. I think we could get some very good posts out of this which, in turn, should spark some good discussions. I’m not going to let anything too moon-batty go through. Everything will be seen by me before being published.

Thanks Rob! Like Seth, says… it’s a great idea. There have been lots of comments that people have made which would have been great posts. (And no, I’m not just talking about myself.) I hang around your blog because we tend to get some great comments in addition to your most excellent posts.
As long as you act as moderator to keep the posts within the bounds of common sense, it could add value to your product.

That’s great Carrick.
You don’t need to sent it anywhere. Just log into the blog (upper right right hand corner) or click “Site Admin” if you’re already logged in. Once you’re in, click on the “Write” tab and punch in your post. Just ignore the post password thing. Only fields you need to fill in are the title and the post body itself. You can also pick categories, if you want, or leave them and I can do them for you.
Once you’re done, click save. Next time I log in I’ll see your saved draft and publish it for you.
Feel free to do this as often as you want.

Thanks Seth. I’ve always wanted Say Anything to be as community-driven as I could make it. This is a way, I thought, that I could open things up for ideas different from my own...or even to cover interesting stories that I wouldn’t neccessarily post about, maybe because I don’t really have anything to say about it or I don’t really know enough about the topic to post.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing submissions.

Everyone should still register though, it takes 10 seconds and makes sure your comment isn’t in the spam filter. I advocated this on my blog a while ago and no one signed up, and when I did it yesterday (thanks to Rob) hardly anyone signed up.
