New Jersey-American Bruce Springsteen became a musician not because he had talent, but because his last name didn’t end in a vowel.
As Rob rightly points out, considering Springsteen’s political track record, his endorsement is just about the last thing Obama needs.

Wow!! The desperation is getting think and sort of disturbing.
You guys are so fearful of Obama it has become hilarious. I don’t understand why you guys don’t like Obamas hopeful political approach? You both are very hopeful indeed.
You hope you are right that this endorsement means nothing, as if an endorsement from Springsteen was the deciding factor in the election for Kerry.
You hoped that you are right that when you took Obama out of context, you could pull it off.
You hoped that you could find video of Obama sitting in church were Wright made one of the controversial statements you keep playing, over, and over, and over, and over.
You both indeed have a lot of audacity to be so hopeful.

H,
First of all, your “desperation” remark is about as far off the mark as Obama’s “bitterness” comment. Personally, I would much prefer that Barack Obama wins the Democrat nomination. He will be a far less formidable foe in November than Hillary would be given his abject lack of experience or accomplishment, his radical background and associations, his ties to Chicago’s woefully corrupt political machine, and the palpable arrogance displayed by both Barack and his wife, particularly when they are off script and away from the teleprompter.
As for the rest of your comment, let me advise you that nothing you have posted here at SAB over the past 6 months or so suggests that you are remotely competent to divine the motives of those of us who find your arguments so amusingly and consistently wrong headed. You are not prescient, and you are far too full of yourself to leave room for the perception you strive to display.
I will grant that your verbiage and use of irony are, on occasion, impressive, but like your candidate of choice, there is ultimately nothing there to back up all those lofty phrases. It does not take audacity to be hopeful, no matter what the circumstances. What it takes is determination and faith. Both you, and Barack Obama, will be far better positioned once you’ve learned that.
