no offence, but i STRONGLY disagree with your opinion that smoking should not be banned in resterants. not only do u state that you personally do not like having people actively smoke around you but in addition to this you also state that you do not like people to smoke around your child. How can you then turn around and say " but i do not support there being a ban against again smoking in resterants" and " if people don’t like the smoking they should not go there" does this therefore mean that you personally do not go out for dinner and out to public and or private venues because u dont like the smoking because according to you.. people not supporting smokers shouldn’t be there. smoking is the global number one cause of PREVENTABLE chronic diseases to both active and passive smokers. so people who would like to go out to a resterant are inhaling smoke that could be potentially fatal to them. so next time you go out for dinner, which im guessing you still do, and are sitting next to a smoker in the resterant that you helped to appose the ban against smoking- think about what not only that smoke is doing to yourself but your child.
