are you joking? i’ve never heard bush once take responsibility for anything.
to choose just one example - he blamed intelligence failures (and clinton) for both 9/11 and the non-existent iraqi wmd’s.

Bush didn’t have to take responsibility for the WMD’s because it wasn’t his fault. The intelligence he had stated that Iraq had WMD’s. What happened to them prior to or during the invasion can’t exactly be blamed on the Pres.
You show me incontrovertible proof that Bush lied about something and I’ll call him on it. But you’d better have proof. You don’t get to call him a liar just because you disagree with him.
