OH My Goodness! Where do these crazy idiots come from???

Zsa Zsa - 07:01pm on 01/13/2007

The day G.W.(Global War)Bush was selected by the Supreme Court to be the President there was speculation as to which country in the world he was more likely start a war with. The first speculation was China, the second was Iraq. However, regardless of how the details worked out, he started a war with Iraq. China is going to be left for when we have our next energy crisis. The details of attacking China are going to be very interesting I’m sure.

The day G.W.(Global War)Bush was selected by the Supreme Court to be the President…

ZZ: Isn’t it funny how the moonbats cite their favorite conspiracy and then expect to be taken seriously afterward?

Proof:

The conspiracy moonbats are overly emotional and irrational.  They see only what they believe.  There is no reaoning with them.  They are mindless fanatics with no will of their own.  In fact, they are just like the Islamic fanatics, in that they have given up reason and logic for emotion and belief.

They see only what they believe.

Ditto.

BTW: Did you not read the newspaper December 12, 2000? The Supreme Court stopped the recount and appointed Bush. This is a historically accurate fact, unless this fact was placed in the Orwellian “Memory Hole” to be incinerated permanently… I’m sorry, I didn’t receive that memo…

A recount had been conducted in Florida, according to state law.  That recount showed Bush to still be the winner.

What Gore wanted, was another recount (a third counting).  Except this one was to be a manual recount, which would have taken months.  The Supreme Court had to stop the requested manual recount, as it would have delayed the Constitutionally mandated date election certification date of December 20th.  Since the votes in the Florida election affected the entire nation, it fell within the Supreme Court’s purview.

You either believe we are a nation of laws bound by the constitution, or you don’t.  By spending months recounting each vote by hand, the recount would violate the constitution.  Therefore, it was stopped.  Funny how emotion can cause people to forget such things as the Constitution.

It would seem that political power is be more important to some than our laws and Constitution.

Orwellian “Memory Hole”

Does your Hole remember which recount was stopped? As I recall Bush won the first three…

BTW Bush wasn’t “appointed” he was elected by the Electoral College. Sorry! The moon must have been in your eyes when that happened!

What Gore wanted, was another recount…

More specifically, he wanted a recount of only certain counties, not the entire state. I’m sorry, I must have missed the “cherry picking” provisions of the Florida Constitution!

PE: True that.  SCOTUS simply slapped the partisan FL Supreme Court from playing fast and loose with the rules.

It might also be noted that Penn and Teller do not typically fall into your basic Vast Right Wing Conspiracy.
