The logical extension of abortion on demand and partial-birth abortion.  53 million and counting.

And let’s not forget this gem.

Man throws two sons off South Beach hotel balcony, then jumps to own death: South Florida Sun-Sentinel

If unborn babies aren’t valuable, then why are kids who have been born?

Steve:  Abortion cheapens life.  True that.

My husband’s family had some serious medical problems, which helped convince us not to have kids (that and triplets on both sides and twins on his).

I’m totally with the forum’s popular opinion on this one.

Should state that so that EVERYONE can understand it, even Robert.

You can choose NOT to have children before they are conceived.  There are times you can’t of course, but abortion has become too close to birth control for some people, including an old high school friend of mine who had three like getting her nails done, then gave her fourth away.

But, having said that, the attitude here of the regulars toward killing children in Iraq belies their concern for babies and children.

It’s the terrorists who are killing non-combatants in Iraq.  Even you can understand that, if you choose to.
About 90% of the time, abortion is birth control.
“...an old high school friend of mine who had three like getting her nails done, then gave her fourth away.” Like throwing away an old Wet-Wipe?

Exactly like that.  And like what our Marines are doing to 2-year-old children and others, apprently; according to the Pentagon.

Alleged to have done.  You really hope it’s true, don’t you?

robert108 - 05:05pm on 05/29/2006

Well in your world Dhiane moral equivalence is everything, you are perfectly happy when Palestinians blow up Israeli children, so why are you complaining when Marines do it?

Ken McCracken - 05:05pm on 05/29/2006

Well, McCrackpot, you are just so wrong, aren’t you?  I think all killing is horrendous.

That’s why I’m consistent and you’re not.
