What makes them think socialized medicine will be any better than the “socialized” DMV and Post Office?

Whenever I hear about universal health care/insurance, I’m always reminded of the Saturday Night Live skit in ‘92 (I think) where they have a town hall meeting with the three candidates and a woman comes to the microphone and starts rambling about how all these people have “stuff” and she doesn’t have “stuff” and she wants to know, “where’s my stuff?” Of course, that’s basically what most of the Democrat agenda boils down to, “All these people have stuff. I/He/She/They don’t have stuff. Where’s my/his/her/their stuff?”

Wow, such reasoned debate from the other side. And here I was expecting some vulgarity laced rant or a bumper sticker slogan. Your parents must be so proud of you. Stay classy.

Good call Kevin, imagine the service quality of the BMV or Children’s Services (child support agency) running health care? It would employ a lot of lazy people who do not give two shits about the people they’re supposed to help and will walk away mid sentence saying “oh, it’s 10:30, time for my break”. It gets even worse...think about the bureaucracy...the red tape! It is equivalent to unionizing health care. (unions = worthless) You know, I am 40 and have provided myself with health care since I turned 18 (leaving my parents plan...yes, 2 parents) and it’s because I have always had a JOB. Wow, what a concept.

The problem with polls is their tininess. This idiots call 1000 people on the phone and then say “This is what America thinks!”. Anyone with the intelligence of a dried up dog turd understands that socialism does not work. That precludes Democrats, their intelligence is far below that of a dog turd.
And suckpuppet? Keep digging.

Minority? Yes...but small? I’d call 29% an alarming level of support for a very bad idea. That’s nearly 1 out of every 3 people you’ll meet.
The right needs to do a better job of explaining why socialism and populism are such bad ideas.

I have an idea. Take the blow horn away from people who say things like:

So! You think that implementing socialism is THE future? Bloody Christ on a crutch. No wonder this country is so fucked.

On question about the polling, If 46% of those polled believe the quality of healthcare would decrease then why are only 39% against it?
