Most municipalities publish in newspapers the list of people who are delinquent with their taxes and assessments. Usually after the first publication most people come in and pay up. This isn’t considered invasion of privacy so I don’t think posting a list on the internet would be either. You don’t make the list until after all other efforts to collect have been unsuccessful.
