As opposed to a sad leftover from the nineties? I guess so… a bit older maybe, but no more stale than any other piece of green cheese…
The sad thing is, I still have friends my age (pushing 40) who still fancy themselves punk rawk, and still play in dives for beers. Just like in the old days—except now the hot chicks are waaaayy too young for em, and they have to settle for the twice divorced tattoo queens who just never knew when to quit.

Leftover? What are you talking about? Techno, jungle and house are still going strong the world over. Dancing to it isn’t out of style either.

Egh. There will be plenty of my old friends there. We’re just all six years older. It will be interesting to see how we’ve all aged and how we have been living.
And anyways, I want the music, that’s why I tracked a couple of those guys down. This idea hatched in February and it’s nice to see it coming together.
Btw - tattoos suck. The blank human canvas is prettier than any picture one could put on it.
