SD passed a bill last year without the rape incest exception.
Wound up as a state wide referendum and was defeated.

It is encouaging to think the Supreme Court actually did something worth while for once. BUT it was awfully close. I really believe IF people would dare look at todays technology it would make much more of an impact on what there decision would be. The very thought of partial birth abortion is horrifying. There are other procedures that are available that make partial Birth abortion not necessary!
