Now if they could only get their customer service fixed. I used them for 4.5 years and they were *miserable*. They froze my accounts without notification once, allowed me to still put money into them, but didn’t let me withdraw it. And apparently they were frozen for a year before I found out. (It was a savings account, I auto-deposited and quickly forgot about the money.)
I switched to Wachovia and have been *very* happy with them. I hope they make a similar policy.
