I’m excited about it, too, although I guess I can’t say I’m the greatest fan since I was more surprised to know that all but one of them were still alive…

Anyway, I think it is a good idea. About the only concerts I go to are those oldies but goodies and most of these bands, including ZZ Top and the Guess Who, are just as good as any “young, hot” bands and I would dare say as good as they ever were. They definitely put on a better performance. I wouldn’t expect less of Led Zeppelin. In addition, they have great songs with great lyrics going for them. Not many of today’s bands have that. Oh, and Jimmy Page can still shred with the best of ‘em.

In the meantime, I may consider selling my car to get the chance to go myself…

HELL.  YES.

HECK YES! Musicians are different than athletes. How much fun would that be?

I’ll have to disagree with you Zsa Zsa only because Bob Dylan easily proves your theory wrong. Some times retirement is a wonderful thing.
If the performer can still perform ... sure go for it but, everything gets worn out eventually. hehe! smile
